Q: Can I make a reservation by phone or e-mail? A: We book by hand only in exceptional cases. If you have this need, then you can always call us + (420) 608964523 or send a letter to reservation@rmg-spa.com.
Q: I booked a hotel but did not receive a confirmation e-mail. What steps should I take? A: If you have incorrectly entered your e-mail address, your e-mail account settings, or hid spam filter did not allow this, then confirm your reservation can not reach you. In this case, please send an email with details of your reservation to reservation@rmg-spa.com.
Q: What is the difference between a Double room and Twin room? A: A double room has one large bed for two, twin room has two twin beds.
Q: How do I view my order? A: You can view your order by clicking "My orders" on the home page after logging in to your Account.
Reservation Process
Q: How do I reserve a resort or hotel? A: The process of reservation:
- For booking a hotel or resort you have to necessarily go through the registration process.
- After registration you will be sent to your e-mail containing the username and password required for login.
- It is also necessary to wait for the activation of your account. Activation occurs in manual mode within 24 hours.
- Log on to our booking system, enter the password and login, which you received.
- Choose from hotels in the search box, hotel or resort, dates of residence, and type of treatment.
- To pay by credit card, enter the card data (name, card number, expiration date credit card, SIV) code.
- For payment to the account of your invoice will be sent to your email address, which you must pay within 3 days of booking the hotel.
Q: Can I specify additional requirements or requests? For example: the desired location of rooms, the view from the window, floor, etc. A: If the hotel or sanatorium a specific requirement, they are specified in the special section of the order form ( "Add message").
