TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.
All requests are sending automatically from the www.rmg-spa.com to the
Travel Company RoyalMedGroup-cz, the owner of the site, making all travel
arrangements mentioned on the site.
2.
Payment for the ordered services can be fulfilled by any of following
methods
a)
Credit card
b)
Bank transfer
3.
Rates for accommodation means: per room per night, including breakfast
(if it is not mentioned separately) for all cases except Spa Hotels, where rates are given per person
per night including full board and treatments.
4.
Children have discounts in many hotels. Concrete children policy each
hotel establishes on its own, which is mentioned in hotels rates for each
concrete case. Client guarantees to provide exact and honest information about
children's age. Otherwise (if a child is older, than it was mentioned) clients
pay the difference directly at the hotel.
5.
Travel Company RoyalMedGroup-cz, as a local incoming travel company,
guarantees strict fulfillment of all confirmed services. As exception can be
accepted cases when fulfillment of obligations is not possible, such as wars,
catastrophes, strikes and others, which are not depending on Travel Company RoyalMedGroup-cz.
6.
Client guarantees payment for all providing services. All cases of
cheating in this matter can be prosecuted according to the legislation.
7.
In the case of cancellation client must pay following cancellation fees:
a)
Up to 28 days before arriving - free of charge.
b)
28 days – 14 days before arriving –30% plus 20 EU as administration fee
c) 14
days – 7 days before arriving – 50%.
d) 7 days- 1 day before arrival – 70%
e)
24 hours – non show – 100%
8.
Client can't claim for the overbooking and impossibility of
accommodation in the ordered hotel, if the written confirmation of reservation
from that hotel is presented to him. In such case all responsibility for the
client is forwarded to that hotel. Travel Company RoyalMedGroup-cz can't be
responsible for the overbooking of the hotel in that case.
9.
If client can't be accommodated at the hotel because of Travel Company RoyalMedGroup-cz
' fault, it guarantees to provide accommodation of similar or higher quality
without any extra charges.
10.
Confirmation of ordered and paid services is voucher, which is sent to
the client by email and should be presented on the spot as a reason for check
in.
